Torque did a fantastic job fixing my 2015 Audi. They made my car's engine purr once again. The tire work has also returned my ride to a super smooth experience. I have tried multiple garages in the past, but none were able to make the car right! Your best bet for care of your European vehicle is a garage highly trained and experienced with maintaining European automobiles.

Mom drives a 2018 MB C300 I gifted her nearly a year ago. She previously drove a 2013 MB C300 Sport for a years. Knowing she drives a MB i make sure her car is always kept up to date with service. With that said. Having a repair facility near by her home is highly important for me. I stopped by at Torque European during their grand opening. Met the staff and felt comfortable they were a place I'd consider for service on moms car. Mom took her car for an oil change and everything went well. A week ago moms car had a check engine light come. Along with that she had a coolant light come on previously as well. I called and set up a next day appointment with ease. The following day mom dropped off her car. I spoke with Ken the service manager upon arrival. He was professional 👏 After diagnostics of the check engine light, Ken reached out to the warranty company for repairs. He reached out to me with updates every single step of the way making the process easy. Ken was patient with the warranty company and myself. I recently had an excellent experience with Torque European Car Care and wanted to share how impressed I was with their professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail. I brought in both of my vehicles, a Mercedes GLE350 and my Porsche Boxster S, and from the moment I arrived it was clear that the team truly understands European cars. Anyone who owns a Mercedes, BMW, Porsche, or any European vehicle, knows that you want technicians who specialize in these vehicles, and the staff at Torque clearly have that level of expertise. They took the time to carefully inspect both cars, explain what they found, and walk me through the recommended work without any pressure. Everything was communicated clearly, which I really appreciated. It’s refreshing to deal with a shop that is transparent about the process and genuinely focused on doing the job right. The work performed on both vehicles was excellent. You can tell they pay attention to the small details and use quality parts and proper procedures, which is extremely important with European vehicles. Excellent service and a great looking shop. Very fast and professional. Went the extra mile to find a tire issue after an alignment would not make the car drive straight. Will come here for all of my business in the future.
